D-ring snaffles are the popular choice in the hunter show ring and this one is a well-made high quality choice. The D-ring keeps the snaffle from sliding through the horse's mouth and gives just enough control. Shape of the bit rings prevent corners of the mouth from being pinched. Similar to the egg-butt snaffle. Stainless steel.
