Attention: To our US based customers
Due to the ongoing instability in the current US Governments decision making processes and yo-yoing policies on trade tarriffs. We, unfortunately have to write the following statements and warnings for our amazing US based clientelle. We possibly may have to also stop shipping to the US depending on what happens with the current US administarions decision making. We truly hope this is doesn't happen and is the tarriff issue is resolved quickly!

- Tariffs on Chinese Goods:
- The U.S. now imposes a 10% tariff on low-value Chinese shipments under Section 321 ($800 or less).
- Shipments over $800 require formal customs entry and may face additional duties.
- Carrier Brokerage & Fees:
- Due to the increased and new 25% tariffs imposed by the US government shipments will be looked at closer and will be scrutinized more regularly by customs etc. Customers may be charged brokerage fees by the shipping company and or higher fees associated with their orders until the tariffs are hopefully relaxed again. We are not aware of what these fees are or their amounts at the time being.
General Information
We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our store.
To ensure a speedy delivery, your order will be shipped via UPS, Purolator, or CanPar. If
you prefer a specific shipping company, or if your order needs to be shipped to a P.O box or remote address, please reach out and our team will do our best to accommodate your request.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped out. Tracking
updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undelivered package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
We are not responsible for lost, mis delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that we've resent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with neighbours and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then, feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. If you have a privacy fence or gate, a note must be placed on the order in regards to the gate/fence so we can have a signature required forthe shipment to ensure its safe delivery. If this is not noted, (privacy gate/fence) we will not be responsible for lost, mis-delivered or stolen packages on the pertaining order.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for refund or for lost returns.

North American Shipping Information
Our shipping options for shipping in North America are as follows:
Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.
Free standard shipping to Canada on orders over $125.00 CDN before tax and $19.95 CDN shipping charge for purchases under $125.00 before tax. Estimated standard delivery in Canada is between 3-7 business days. Express option available within Canada for an extra $35.00 CDN for 1-3 days delivery (normally maximum 2 business days). $35.00 CDN standard shipping to USA with estimated delivery within 4-7 business days and express shipping option available for $50.00 CDN with estimated time of 2-3 business days for delivery time. We ship mostly with UPS but do use others like Purolator and Fedex depending on what service works best for the address being shipped to.
*Note all these shipping times are estimated, we cannot guarantee the shipping time due to carrier reasons beyond our control. Business days are weekdays so orders placed on weekends will not ship until Monday's.
International Shipping Information
At this point of time we do not offer shipping outside of North America
