Local Pick Up Insructions
Local Pickup OptionsWe offer two convenient local pickup options. You must type your pickup preference in the "Notes" section on the Cart page before proceeding to checkout (our checkout page does not have a notes option).
Choose from our options below to find the specific pickup instructions:
Option 1: Secure Garage & Locker Pickup
- How to Request: Write "Locker Pickup" in your cart notes.
- Locker Hours: Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (The keypad will not accept codes outside of these hours or on Weekends).
- The Process: Once your order is ready, we will text or email you your assigned Locker Number (#1–#8) and a unique lock combination code.
Step-by-Step Locker Guide
- Open the Garage: Pull into the driveway. Locate the keypad panel on the left-hand side outside the attached garage. Enter code 1221 and press the little house button to open the door.
- Grab Your Order: Walk inside. The lockers are immediately on your left. Enter your unique lock code on your assigned locker. Pull firmly (it takes a bit of pressure), retrieve your items, and leave the lock completely unlocked on top of the locker unit.
- Close Up & Exit: Enter 1221 + little house button on the outside keypad to close the garage door behind you.
Option 2: Show Shop Pickup (Wesley Clover Parks)
- Availability: Only available during the active horse show season.
- How to Request: Write "Show Shop Pickup" in your cart notes.
- The Process: We will pack your order and bring it directly to our trailer/booth on the grounds. Once arrived, we will send you a text or email notification letting you know your items are ready to be collected directly from the show shop at Wesley Clover Parks.
