Politique d'expédition

 UPDATE

*Some oversized/ Overweight products will incur additional shipping charges due to the higher shipping costs incurred on these items

*Due to the Covid-19 pandemic Canada Post isn't guaranteeing shipping times at the moment as they are experiencing more volume than normal which is creating some delay's but shipments are making it, it just may take a few extra days!

General Information

We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our store.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery, please feel free to contact us and we would he happy to help you.

If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undelivered package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.

We are not responsible for lost, mis delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with neighbours and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. If you have privacy fence or gate a note must be placed on the order in regards to the gate/fence so we can have a signature required for the shipment to ensure it's safe delivery. If this is not noted (privacy gate/fence)we will not be responsible for lost, mis delivered or stolen packages on the pertaining order.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return, please see our Refund, Exchange & Returns page for more information.

 

North American Shipping Information

Our shipping options for shipping in North America are as follows:

Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

Free standard shipping to Canada on orders over $75.00 CDN before tax and $14.95 CDN shipping charge for purchases under $75.00 before tax. Estimated standard delivery in Canada is between 3-7 days. Express option available within Canada for an extra $25.00 CDN for 1-3 days delivery (normally maximum 2 days).  $35.00 CDN standard shipping to USA with estimated delivery within 6 business days and express shipping option available for $50.00 CDN. We ship with mostly with Canada Post but do use others like UPS or Fedex depending on what service works best for the address being shipped to.

 

International Shipping Information

All international packages outside of North American will be subject to International shipping rates.

Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped to be delivered even if express shipping is paid for due to border/duty issues
